Yukon Property Development Limited takes the privacy and the protection of our customers and clients data very seriously. On the 25th May 2018 a new regulation came into effect called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This regulation is to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union. It will also enhance the rights of individuals with regard to their personal information.
Information We Collect and Store

- Account transactions
The personal data we obtain from clients is held for the purpose of providing customers accurate and appropriate information. We will only store your data for as long as is necessary.
We hold client data because it is in our legitimate interest to do so. Without holding the data, we cannot work effectively. You have the right to request a copy of the information we have stored about you and to correct or update any information, stop using your information in certain circumstances, stop sending marketing material, or send some of your data to someone else to use. Please note in this case we cannot guarantee the security of the information being sent on. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via post should you wish to obtain a copy of your held data or have your data removed. In your message please state the request and the reason for the request.
Third Party Involvement
On occasion we require the right to share certain data with a third-party company. We only share data if it is done securely and is necessary to do so. Client data may be shared with other professionals who need to be involved in managing your contract. This is only used for certain legitimate business purposes which include the following:
- To identify and prevent fraud
- To provide postal or email communications that we think will be of interest to you
- To collect any overdue or unpaid debts
We will store client data for as long as you are under contract with Yukon Property Development Ltd.
